Technical and Specialist Services for Rural Development LTD. (TSSD) is an Uganda based private limited liability company operating as a subsidiary of Nkoola Institutional Development Associates Ltd. (NIDA).
TSSD is mainly Agricultural, Information Technology Specialist, Contractor, Supplier and Renewable energy service provider.

Suntech-power Co, Ltd is a Chinese company specialized in producing high quality panels. The company holds all international quality certifications for its products. Our contacts are regular and institutionalized.
Beijing Hope Industry and Trade co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Suntech Power Ltd., the China's biggest solar manufactories.
Phocos produces charge controllers and lamps. In our rental services the intelligent charge controllers of Phocos allow us to prolong the lifespan of all components. Their worldwide network has a big advantage for us.
OutBack Power Systems is a leader in developing and manufacturing power solutions for renewable energy, backup and mobile applications for industrial use.
Steca GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers in the field of solar electronics and represents latest innovations and highest quality.
Solar 23 acts worldwide as an independent wholesale distribution and service company for photovoltaic and related systems.

Entec AG is a company for energy & environment expertise and small hydropower technology. We have entered into a strategic partnership with this international company for planning, designing, and building hydro systems in Lao PDR.
Lorentz produces high quality solar pumping systems and trackers. We use these pumps for productive systems for small drip irrigation etc. SUNLABOB is the sales agent for Lorentz pumps in Laos.

After many experiments we have finally found in Haze Battery Co. the suitable supplier for the gel batteries for the Solar Home Systems, as well as other industrial applications.
SMA is our partner for the controlled synchronization of all system components in the village hybrid grids.
Conergy AG is, with its more than 2,500 employees one of the leading system suppliers in the area of regenerative energies in Europe.
United Solar Ovonic is world’s leader in thin film solar technologies and the manufacture of thin film solar electric modules and laminates. SUNLABOB is in process to test thin film modules for remote areas, to facilitate transportation and improve opportunities of installation.
Founded in 1991, Mastervolt is a world leader in the supply of electrical power solutions for rough conditions.
Studer Innotec is a Swiss company, which produces inverter. Their inverter transform battery voltage from 12, 24 or 48V to a sinusoidal AC voltage of 230 V. Therewith they are applicable to all kinds of AC-equipments.
 

Partners for project and implementation:
The Lao Institute for Renewable Energy (LIRE) is a non-profit institute operating in Laos, which explores, develops and sustains efforts for making Laos develop its own energy sector with own renewable sources.
RESDALAO is a non-profit organization of various companies and agencies working in the energy sector. Its objectives are to organize research and training for energy service companies and contribute to the formulation of suitable policies.
ETC Energy is committed to providing modern energy services to the poor in developing countries through business development support, capacity building, policy influencing and research.
Carbon Bridge is a small and independent carbon company that connects carbon projects in South East Asia with carbon buyers and investors worldwide.
We are working with the German Technical Cooperation GTZ on a Public-Private-Partnership designed to launch a network of small entrepreneurs who can retail solar equipment.
Helvetas was founded in 1955 as the first private organisation for development co-operation in Switzerland. Helvetas is a denominationally and politically independent association, supported by approximately 43’000 members, 40’000 sponsors and 15 regional groups.
Up to now we have regularly worked with InWent for implementing promotion and publicity campaigns for solar energy in Lao PDR.
Xao Ban is an independent, self supported cooperative group of housewives founded in 2003 at Ban Saphangmoh, Vientiane, Lao PDR. It engages in processing of organic food products and production of fresh fruits, organic vegetables and ornamental pot plants. SUNLABOB and Xao Ban are partners for the sunny water project. They use SUNLABOB solar-powered water pumps with drip-pipe irrigation to create cash crops. Moreover Xao Ban provide technical assistance in all agricultural related issues and train village groups in drip pipe irrigation.
SES is a non-profit organization of the German economic foundation for international cooperation. SES offers people, who have retired, but would still like to make a contribution, the chance to pass on their knowledge and talents to others at home and abroad. They work as Senior Experts in an honorary capacity and assist in training skilled workers and executive staff.
Triodos Bank specializes in financing enterprises which add social, environmental and cultural value - in fields such as renewable energy, social housing, complementary health care, fair trade, organic food and farming and social business. Triodos has provided loans to SUNLABOB.
FMO provides financing solutions for companies and financial institutions in developing markets.
This is a major research organization in Germany. We cooperate in understanding the social impacts of our energy systems.
SUNLABOB and DEG started a private public partnership project on "solar pumping for commercial production in remote areas in Lao PDR". The issue is to explore and develop a commercial viable rental service of solar pumps and related equipment.
Comin Khmere
Comin Khmere specializes in providing generators, distribution lines, water purifiers, and air-conditioners. Sunlabob provides them with our years of experience in rural electrification and renewable energy.
ClientSide Concepts Development Inc. is a Yukon-based company offering destination marketing, technology consulting, staff training and product development services, also specializing in hard- and software development and IT consulting services.
Partners for business strategy:
We have agreement with Viltec International, based in Switzerland. Viltec provides us the know-how, experience and connections for developing our network-marketing through small scale enterprises, and for exploring and initiating projects and partnerships with various Donor agencies and financial institutions.
EDC is a private, professional human resource development company, that is inspired by the vision of raising the latent entrepreneurial and managerial competencies in Lao PDR. The shareholders are team members drawn from the successful and well-known Lao-German Small Enterprise Development Project (SEDP).
PricewaterhouseCoopers has worked in Lao PDR since 1996. PricewaterhouseCoopers provides industry-focused assurance, tax and advisory services to build public trust and enhance value for their clients and stakeholders.

However SUNLABOB also imports and installs panels from many other manufacturers (Astropower, BP-solar, Shell, RWE SchottSolar and Total Energy, etc), depending on the situation and wishes of our clients.
