The villagers in Nam Kha village have begun to work on their public assets for the village grid. Villagers will own the fixed assets (channels, housings, the grid, etc) and Sunlabob will own the movable assets (turbine, solar generators, etc). This results in mutual leverage of public and private investments, which ultimately allow sustained operations. Sunlabob has already bought the equipment that will be installed in Nam Kha.
